One a Day update:
0 new hexipuffs = 0 progress on my Beekeeper's Quilt since leaving hospital *sigh*...
...BUT as well as making Pixie's dress, I have cast on something else.
Aren't those colours divine? If they aren't going to make me feel better, then nothing is! I am not generally a fan of garter stitch, but in this beautiful muted rainbow yarn from A Stash Addict it's absolutely perfect.
I'll be back to show you more tomorrow, and if you don't yet have tickets for Unravel but would like to attend, be sure to check back then as I'll be announcing details of the first part of the CFTC 1st Blogiversary Giveaway.
Just popping in to let you know I have passed on to you the Versatile Blogger award. Enjoy the rest of your week. xox
ReplyDeleteThank you Dorothy! Hope you're having a lovely day xxxx
DeleteThe colours are gorgeous :)
ReplyDeleteI have become a bit of a lover of garter stitch, something about it soothes me! It works well with hand-dyed yarns too (and I love how your yarn and needles match!)
Funny you should say that - on Rav I just called it my Knitpro Rainbow!!! :)
DeleteYes, that colorway is so lovely. It's for all seasons.
ReplyDeleteDon't push yourself too much. Surgery is major work.
I like Pixie so much in her cute little dress. I still want to make a doll, but I really want to make one that is crochet. Lovely yarn! Would make some great puffs too, thihihihi.
